Hello!! My name is Frank Barajas and I’m a chef.
I learned the basics of my craft from school, lectures, books and the such but the intricacies I learned from the people and places I met through my travels. Some were eateries, some just oddities or places that made me look twice and in doing so, found inspiration for my own work.
This blog is a collection of some of those places located in Southern California not too far away from my hometown of San Diego.
This is by no means a closed forum. Comments and suggestions are always welcome. I am always trying to get out and about to try new things, AND YOU SHOULD TOO!!
